Your First Visit

You will find our examination process to be thorough and complete. This will include an analysis of facial and skeletal type, assessment of facial and skeletal growth, as well as an examination of bite, alignment of the teeth, health of the soft tissues, function of the jaw joints. and adjacent supporting structures. You can expect no discomfort from this exam. Cosmetic and functional goals are tailored to the specific needs and desires of each patient. All findings and recommendations will be explained in understandable terms and all of your questions will be answered.

While orthodontic emergencies are rare, we maintain round-the-clock emergency coverage. You will receive prompt attention to your needs and concerns even at night and on weekends. Our Qualifications

You can expect a unique combination of art, science, and experience. Dr. Turgeau is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists. He has completed 2 years of training after dental school to become a specialist in the field of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. He has treated thousands of cases, both children and adults.
He also lectures nationally to other dentist and orthodontist to further orthodontic awareness in the dental community.

Our approach to treatment includes a close working relationship with your dentist to assure the best comprehensive care. You will be kept informed about treatment with written and face-to-face progress reports from Dr. Turgeau. Our objective is simple: optimum health, comfort, function and esthetics for the long term.

Through continuous review of scientific literature, post-graduate courses, and study group involvement, Dr. Turgeau and the staff maintain a cutting-edge approach to advances in orthodontics. Orthodontics is not part of what we do, it is all we do.

From flexible monthly payments to outside financing and help with insurance, you will find our team eager to arrange a plan that is gentle on your budget. We do all we can to see that finances do not stand between you and necessary treatment. Our onboard policy assures you that there will be no hidden cost or unpleasant surprises. Considering that the dental and psychological benefits of orthodontic care can last a lifetime, the cost is quite modest.

Scheduling Appointments

We schedule appointments so that each patient receives a fair share of convenient appointments. This approach allows us to minimize the number of appointments that are necessary during school or work hours. Your time and convenience are important to us.

Follow Up Care

Supervised retention is included in your fee. You can take comfort in knowing that Dr. Turgeau will be here in the years to come after your braces come off should a need arise.

Insurance and Payment

Our office welcomes many types of dental insurance, and our insurance and payment coordinator will be happy to assist you in determining what type of benefits are available to you through your insurance plan. Payment arrangements for account balances are due at the time services are rendered, so please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit. We accept many forms of payment, including cash and most major credit cards. You can also speak with our office administrator about flexible payment options available for major dental services.
